Founder
Corey Blackburn was raised in the small town of Glenwood, Iowa. He completed his podiatry school training at Des Moines University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He completed his residency at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
Karl Vollers grew up in rural Central City, Nebraska. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, he worked as an Emergency Room nurse in Grand Island. He continued his education through the University of Nebraska Medical Center and received his Master of Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner tract.
